Our systematic approach for working with you and your architect is thorough and designed to ensure that  your goals for the project and your dream, your timing and budget priorities, as well as the integrity of the architect’s design are our first concern. From lot selection and floor plan layout, to the interior design of each room, your planning and design phases are exciting times of discovery and creativity.

During the Pre-Construction phase, we handle the construction documents and specifications phase details, provide you with a comprehensive work schedule, and make all pre-build preparations. One of our Project Managers is assigned to your project to address any questions or concerns you have throughout the project. We obtain the necessary permits to build and perform any pre-build activities.

During the Build phase, you and the Project Manager meet on a weekly basis to discuss progress and upcoming steps. The Project Manager also insures that the work area is kept clean and that the home is secure during the progress of work. At the end of the project, the Project Manger walks through the project area with you and addresses any questions you may have.
